Level Transmitters
We supply Corrosive Proof Level Transmitters. Level sensors and transmitters detect the level of substances that flow, including liquids, slurries, granular materials, and powders. All such substances flow to become essentially level in their containers (or other physical boundaries) because of gravity. The substance to be measured can be inside a container or can be in its natural form (e.g. a river or a lake). The level measurement can be either continuous or point values. Continuous level sensors & transmitters measure level within a specified range and determine the exact amount of substance in a certain place, while point-level sensors only indicate whether the substance is above or below the sensing point. Generally the latter detect levels that are excessively high or low. Our product is suitable for corrosive media measurements like strong acid or strong alkali. Our level transmitters do not permit condensation.
Our corrosive proof level transmitters are made by using high accuracy and stability ceramic sensors, and through precise structural design and temperature compensation, signal is amplified and V/I transformed. Its polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) housing is a fully sealed design. The cable is put in PTFE pipe, simultaneously with breathing pipe which makes sensor's back pressure connect to atmospheric pressure. Our corrosive proof level transmitters are entirely solid state products with standard 4~20mA or 0~10mA signal output. To assure long life, all outside parts on housing and cables of level transmitters have been sealed. The unique internal structure does not permit condensation. Our corrosive proof level transmitters have been widely used for static or dynamic level measurement of corrosive liquids such as strong acids or strong alkali etc in refineries, chemical plants, glass factories, wastewater treatment plants...etc.
