Conductivity Sensors

Conductivity measurements and sensors are critical in industry. Applications of conductivity sensors include water treatment plants for desalination as well as production of high purity water in the power, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Conductivity sensors are also used for detecting leaks in heat exchangers and for sensing liquid interfaces.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Conductivity is the measure of a solution's ability to pass an electric current. We have conductivity sensors for low, medium and high conductivity ranges. The measurement of specific conductivity in aqueous solutions is important for the determination of impurities in water and concentration measurements of dissolved chemicals. For our conductivity sensors a wide variety of mountings are available including screw-in type, flange type, flow-through type, and screw-in type with gate valve. Our conductivity sensors have robust designs, are chemical resistant and are suitable for harsh environments. Operating temperature ranges may span -50 C to 150 C degrees for some models.
